Custom-made coils with fan casings provide configurable coil types, materials, dimensions, fin arrangements and casing options for air-conditioning, refrigeration, marine, offshore and commercial cooling applications.

Custom-made coils with fan casings are designed for new installations, replacement requirements and existing coil redesigns across air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Available product types include DX evaporator coils, condenser coils, chilled water coils, hot water coils, steam coils and bare coils. Depending on the application, coils can be produced in vertical, V-shaped, horizontal, L-shaped or U-shaped configurations for cold rooms, server rooms, chiller rooms, freezer rooms, marine equipment, offshore applications, buses, trucks and industrial cooling systems.

Coil Materials and Manufacturing Options

The finned coil construction uses copper tubing mechanically bonded to aluminium or copper fins. Available tube diameters include 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch, with coil lengths ranging from 5 inches to 180 inches. Fin spacing is available from 3 to 20 FPI, while casing materials include galvanised steel, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L. Special chemical coatings for marine applications and grooved copper tubes are also available upon request.
