Custom-made coils with fan casings can be configured according to required coil type, dimensions, tube size, fin material, fin spacing, casing material and airflow arrangement. Solutions are available for new installations, replacement coils and redesign of existing HVACR equipment.
Custom Made Coils c/w Fan Casings are designed for air-conditioning, refrigeration, marine, offshore and commercial cooling applications. Coils can be manufactured for new installations, replacement requirements, coil rectification or redesign of existing systems. Different coil configurations, materials and casing options allow the assembly to be developed around the available space, airflow direction and operating application.

Copper Tube Construction
Seamless drawn copper tubes are available in 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" diameters.

Aluminium or Copper Fins
Finned coil construction is available with aluminium or copper fins with extruded collars.
3–20 FPI
Fin spacing can be selected from 3 to 20 fins per inch according to the required application.
Multiple Casing Materials
Galvanised steel, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L casing options are available.
Marine Application Options
Special chemical coating options are available upon request for applicable marine environments.

Underwater High-Pressure Leak Testing
