Custom-Made Air-Cooled Condensers for Refrigeration Systems

Custom-made air-cooled condensers provide configurable cooling capacity, circuit design, materials and airflow arrangements for commercial and industrial refrigeration requirements.

Custom-made air-cooled condensers are designed and manufactured according to the customer’s preferred capacity, installation arrangement and refrigeration system requirements. Available solutions include Model Q, Model T and Model U, with self-supporting housings, structural base frames, high-efficiency finned condenser coils and integrated axial fans. These condensers are suitable for refrigeration systems using R22, R134a and R404a/R507 refrigerants.

Construction and Customisation Options

The condenser housing is manufactured from textured, corrosion-resistant electro-galvanised steel sheet, while the base frame uses structural iron with steel or electro-galvanised legs. Condenser elements are available with 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch or 5/8-inch copper tubes or inner-grooved tubes mechanically bonded to corrugated sine-wave aluminium fins. Multiple refrigeration circuits can be configured, and each coil is pressure tested between 350 and 400 PSIG.
