The KORE Copper Elbow 90° Long Bend is a high-quality, precision-formed copper fitting manufactured in Korea for air-conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC copper piping systems. Designed with a long-radius 90° bend, it provides a smoother change of direction compared with standard short-radius elbows, helping to reduce flow resistance, pressure drop and turbulence in refrigerant piping.

Manufactured from high-purity phosphorus deoxidised copper, this long bend elbow offers excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The precision-formed cup ends are designed for brazed copper tube connections, providing a secure and reliable joint when correctly installed.

The long-radius design is particularly suitable for refrigeration and air-conditioning applications where maintaining efficient refrigerant flow and oil return is important. It is suitable for a wide range of HVACR systems, including R22, R410A, R32 and R134a refrigerant applications, as well as selected chilled-water and general copper pipework installations.
