The Honeywell WFS-1001-H is a paddle-type water flow switch designed to monitor liquid flow through piping systems.
When the liquid flow rate rises above or falls below the adjusted switching point, the internal SPDT switching mechanism can change the electrical circuit state. This allows the flow switch to be integrated with pumps, chillers, HVAC controls and other compatible equipment.

The Honeywell WFS Series is designed for water and compatible liquids that are not harmful to brass and phosphor bronze and are not classified as hazardous fluids.
Honeywell also states that the WFS Series may be used with liquids containing relatively high salt or chlorine content, subject to the manufacturer's application requirements.
